PRESPES, Greece (Reuters) - The Prime Ministers of Greece and Macedonia arrived at the border region of Prespes on Sunday for a signing ceremony on a deal seeking to end a decades-old dispute between the two countries over the latter's name.

Prime Minister Alexis Tsipras of Greece and Zoran Zaev of Macedonia will witness the signing of the deal by their foreign ministers at a lakeside community in Prespes.

Zaev arrived by speedboat, received by Tsipras on the Greek side of the lake, where they warmly embraced.
