Gwyneth Paltrow is radiant on the red carpet.

On Thursday evening, the Oscar winner, 51, attended the closing ceremony of the 2023 Red Sea International Film Festival in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia.

Paltrow wore a vibrant yellow sarong gown that included shirred puff sleeves, which had a ruching effect that gathered at the oversized belted bow at her waist. The dress featured a modest boat neckline and a thigh-high slit at the center of the dress. The bright gown is from Carolina Herrera’s Resort 2024 collection.

Paltrow accessorized the look with a pair of yellow opened-toe platform heels and a pair of diamond and gold drop earrings and a few dainty rings. She styled her blonde hair with a slick back bun; she kept her makeup as vibrant as her dress and wore peach-tinted lipgloss and bright mauve eyeshadow.

During a discussion at the festival, the actress shared with "In Conversation" moderator Jomana Al-Rashid that her mother, Blythe Danner, played an important role in how she perceived acting early on.

“My mother is an actress. She did mostly theater. And so I grew up as a little girl watching her rehearse plays and running around the theater," Paltrow shared, per Variety.

"My mother would even say she always felt a bit insecure," she added. "When she was on stage, she was the most powerful, integrated force of nature that I have ever seen. And so I wanted to be that.”

The Sliding Doors actress was joined by several more Hollywood figures at the Red Sea International Film Festival, including Halle Berry, on the Thursday night red carpet. Zoe Saldaña, Naomi Campbell, Diane Kruger, Freida Pinto, Sofia Vergara and Michelle Williams were all spotted at the festival, along with Johnny Depp and Will Smith.

Ahead of Paltrow’s arrival to Saudi Arabia, the Emma actress attended The Fashion Awards 2023 at The Royal Albert Hall in London on Monday. There, she was dressed in an all-red vintage Valentino outfit.

Paltrow wore a strapless, empire-waist gown from the designer's autumn/winter 1965 couture collection, according to British Vogue. The dress featured a neckline with a plunging middle section and a thigh-high slit.

The look was accessorized with a long, dramatic Valentino cape and a pair of matching stiletto heels, two wrist bangles and a pair of dangle-down earrings.

The Goop founder shared snaps on her Instagram Story including a full-length mirror selfie and a snapshot of her bracelet from Van Cleef & Arpels. The Se7en actress also posted a black-and-white selfie with Valentino co-founder Giancarlo Giammetti.
