Hailey Bieber Reveals She Was 4 Months Pregnant During YSL Campaign Shoot: 'Little Bean in My Belly'

The 27-year-old model recently announced she and husband Justin Bieber were expecting their first baby

In unveiling her latest campaign with Yves Saint Laurent, Hailey Bieber revealed that she was actually four months pregnant during the shoot, though you would probably never guess by looking at the photos as she was able to conceal her baby bump.

The 27-year-old model and mom-to-be re-shared a campaign image to her Instagram Stories on Monday, July 3 writing, "Shot this 4 months preggy with little bean in my belly." In the photo, Hailey leans against a red brick wall wearing a tan strapless jumpsuit with a belt that cinches in her waist and an oversize black bag.

The rest of the campaign shows the Rhode founder in various other industrial-inspired settings. In one shot, she stands in front of an electrical box wearing a gray belted jumpsuit and carrying a brown leather bag. She also dons an oversize black button-down shirt and matching black trousers, accessorizing with a light blue bag and massive dangling earrings.

On May 9, Hailey confirmed she and husband Justin Bieber are expecting their first baby together, sharing the news on Instagram. In photos from the couple's vow renewal ceremony, Hailey's baby bump is visible in a long, lacy white dress and a veil. At the time of the announcement, a rep for Hailey confirmed to PEOPLE that the model was just over six months pregnant.

The couple tied the knot in September 2018 in a New York City courthouse just two months after getting engaged. They later celebrated with a larger ceremony in Bluffton, South Carolina in front of family and friends.

A source told PEOPLE Hailey and Justin kept their pregnancy news private for as long as possible.

"They shared with family and close friends early on. It was important for them to keep it quiet and just enjoy for as long as possible before they publicly confirmed though," the source shared. "They asked their friends to not share until they were ready to announce."

The couple managed to hide Hailey's pregnancy for awhile, but since announcing it, the model has been showing off her growing baby bump.

In an Instagram carousel shared on May 15, the model bared her belly in a pink butterfly-style tie-on top with jeans. In another photo, her white t-shirt is pulled up to reveal her bump as she sips on a drink.

"The past few weeks have been 🐣✨🤍🌴😴💤🌸🌸🌅🥹🥹🥹🥹," she captioned the post.
