Leela was initially too heartbroken to know, but was eventually convinced by both Joel and Peri, with the pair saying any information would make the news easier to break to Daniel.

During the meeting, Misbah explained that the tests shed no light on the stillbirth, leaving Joel enraged as he remarked that his son had passed away for “no reason.”

With his temper getting the better of him, Joel punched a hole in the wall as he was in despair over the developments, with brother Abe later offering him an ear as he poured his heart out.

Joel remarked that he felt selfish for feeling emotional over the incident given what Leela went through, but Abe assured him that his emotions were perfectly natural as he lost Noah too.
