Hollyoaks’ Maxine to suffer traumatic flashbacks in new Jeremy scenes

Hollyoaks spoilers follow, while this article contains discussion of abuse that some readers might find upsetting.

Hollyoaks' Maxine Minniver is set to suffer from traumatic flashbacks in next week's episodes, due to the arrival of Jeremy Blake, who is the twin brother of her evil husband, the late Patrick Blake.

Although Jeremy isn't the man who abused her for years, Maxine is still uncomfortable having him around due to them having the same face.

In scenes set to air soon on Channel 4's best streaming service competitor and E4, Liberty Savage starts a hanging baskets business, with Sienna, Dilly and Jeremy helping out. Maxine isn't impressed at the support Jeremy is being shown, especially by Sienna.

Sienna then challenges Jeremy over the incident with Maxine, but when Dilly takes his side, the sisters find themselves at each other's throats.

Meanwhile, Jeremy is insistent on making amends with Maxine, but will she ever want to?
