Hollyoaks star Anna Passey opens up over sharing hobby with partner Kyle Pryor
Hollyoaks star Anna Passey has opened up about her newfound hobby and her business, both of which came about thanks to her partner Kyle Pryor.
Passey plays Sienna Blake on Hollyoaks while Pryor appeared as Laurie Shelby on the soap and also starred in Home and Away for four years. But in a new interview with Inside Soap, Passey revealed the real-life soap couple shared interests off-screen.
"I had to get interested in surfing because after our second date, Kyle had a surfboard sent to my house and I thought ‘OK, I’m going to have to learn this then!’ But I really enjoy it," Passey said.

"It’s not something I would have picked up on my own, but I’ve had a very good teacher. I’m nowhere near as good as Kyle, but I’m off my beginner board and onto the second one."
Passey also explained that she and Pryor run their own candle-making business, called Kip Candle Company.
"Kyle used to make candles when he lived in Australia as a relaxing activity. And I used to buy a lot of candles," Passey said.

"One day I came home and Kyle had made about 20 candles and the house smelled amazing! It took off from there and we ended up with an accidental business, but we love it!"
Passey recently revealed that Sienna could be in for a new love interest, especially with Chris Gordon joining the soap next month, with The Crown star playing a character named Rafe, who will meet Sienna at the Chester races.
Hollyoaks streams first on All 4, with new episodes dropping each weekday morning. The show airs Mondays to Fridays at 6.30pm on Channel 4, and at 7pm on E4.
