Hollyoaks star discusses Sienna's possible role in Ella death plot

Hollyoaks star Anna Passey has opened up about Sienna Blake's potential role in the Ella Richardson death plot.

Sienna's best pal Ste Hay is currently hiding the fact that he was responsible for Ella's tragic death in the road smash last month.

While speaking to Digital Spy, the actress was asked whether her character could prove an invaluable ally in this situation, given their history of cleaning up crime scenes together.

"I feel like if there is anyone he could turn to it would be her - he knows he can go to her with as little judgement as you'll get from anyone else," she began.

"The journey of what Ste is about to go through - it's so bad for him that I don't think he can bear to utter it to anybody at this stage. Whether down the line that will change I think she'd be the natural choice, but he is so cut up he can't even utter it."

She added: "She's been there in a different way... she's got advice to give!

"I don't think she'd be telling him to go to the police - she would want to try and find a way to get him out of it. Involving a basement, who knows?

"It's so complicated with it being Warren [Fox's] daughter, so there's that too. Warren is the father of [Sienna's] children, but I do think her loyalty would lie with Ste, personally. She'd do what she could, if she could."

Passey loves the relationship that Sienna has with Ste and says she would keep their friendship running "forever" on screen if she could.

"I've always loved Ste as a character - he's got so much going on," she shared, while revealing that she's good friends with actor Kieron Richardson outside of work too.

"I'm so glad [the friendship] happened, and it adds something really brilliant. I think they're best friends forever - I don't think it will ever get old for me.

"They're very different unlikely friends, but they really love each other and I think that will be able to solve most problems."
