‘Home Alone 2’ Townhouse In NY Is For Sale, Kevin Not Included

You can be home alone, too, if you buy the Home Alone 2 townhouse.

The lux townhouse featured in Home Alone 2: Lost in New York is on sale for a mere $6.7 million.

Located on Manhattan’s ritzy Upper West Side at 51 West 95th Street, between Central Park West and Columbus Avenue, the four-bedroom and four-and-a-half-bathroom home is where Kevin outsmarted the ‘Sticky Bandits’ in the classic holiday film.

Listing agents are Dexter Guerrieri and Nicole Kats of Vandenberg of Townhouse Experts.

“Even though the film was released two decades ago, the townhouse owners still get letters from children at their address. Also, just a few days ago a couple from German stood outside, taking photos,” Guerrieri and Kats said.

The home feature decorative moldings, high ceilings, walnut floors and two sets of bay windows. The home boasts a formal living and dining room with glass doors that open to a garden with mature trees, a wood deck, and a bluestone patio, according to the listing.

The parlor floor’s front showcases a den with tall windows and a full bathroom.

The townhouse was initially listed for $7.65 million when it hit the market in March. But the price has dropped down to $6.7 in June.
