The trailer for the season finale of Home and Away has been released, teasing a shock health crisis and a motorcycle crash.
In scenes set to air in Australia later this year before coming to the UK in early 2024, the Summer Bay community will come together to support Mackenzie as she recovers from heart surgery, but they will be left stunned as she’s later found unresponsive.
She will be left in the capable hands of Bree and newcomer Levi at the hospital as she’s rushed in for emergency surgery; will she be able to make a recovery?...

Elsewhere in the Bay, Cash and Eden will embark on a romantic getaway as they venture into the wilderness, but trouble will strike as Eden comes into contact with the harsher sides of nature.
With a tick embedded in her neck, she makes a call to Remi and demands to be taken back home. Disaster strikes, however, as Remi collides with an oncoming car as he makes the trip; will he be able to pull through?...
The Australian soap is currently on a break in the UK, though fans can rejoice following the news that classic episodes of the soap will make their way to the My5 streaming service.

The UK run ended with a dramatic episode as Leah and Justin were trapped in a warehouse, with actor James Stewart recently remarking on the action-packed instalment.
“I didn't know it was the UK finale at the time, but I did hear it sometime after we shot it,” he said. “I knew it was going to be a special episode, because it's rare they get two actors to do one whole storyline. They bought new cameras and really trusted us with a fair bit of the budget – it really felt very special.”
Home and Away airs weekdays at 1pm on Channel 5 and 6pm on 5STAR. First-look screenings air at 6.30pm on 5STAR and the show also streams on My5.
In Australia, the show airs Mondays to Thursdays at 7pm on Channel 7 and streams on 7plus.
