Home and Away teases Cash Newman's risky mission in new trailer

Home and Away's Cash Newman has been helping Summer Bay newcomers Harper and Dana Matheson, starting a feud with the lead detective assigned to Dana's case.
A new trailer for episodes airing soon in Australia shows the policeman butting heads with Detective Madden, who's been overseeing Dana's case and appears to be corrupt.
In new scenes, Cash intends to prove Madden's not clean in order to help his old friend Harper clear her sister's name. Dana is currently on the run after her ex-boyfriend Ollie framed her for drugs charges to save himself.

Cash is determined to prove her innocence, but soon Madden starts sensing the officer has been meddling with the case and tells him to back off.
Meanwhile, Harper continues lying about Dana's whereabouts, keeping her location a secret while Madden insists they should speak up now if they want to avoid trouble.

"Things are going to get very messy for you," he threatens.
In the clip, Harper acknowledges that Cash may risk losing his career, but he seems focused on doing the right thing and not let an innocent person go to jail.
As there's a warrant out for Dana's arrest, however, Cash has to be extremely careful not to get caught out. Will Madden find out?
Home and Away airs weekdays at 1.45pm on Channel 5 and 6pm on 5STAR. First-look screenings air at 6.30pm on 5STAR and the show also streams on My5.
In Australia, the show airs Mondays to Thursdays at 7pm on Channel 7 and streams on 7plus.
