Home and Away's Cash confronts dangerous Tex after crash

Home and Away's Cash Newman has a showdown with evil Tex Wheeler on UK screens next week.
Tex hasn't been seen on the show since last year, when Cash helped to bring down the dangerous biker gang who'd been tormenting the Parata family.
The high-stakes storyline is now being revisited, as the group of criminals are responsible for the terrible crash that has ruined Tane Parata and Felicity Newman's wedding day.
Cash had a hit taken out against him after he shot gang leader Marty in self-defence while on police duty last year. The gang sabotaged Felicity's wedding car, believing that Cash would be driving his sister to the ceremony.

In next week's episodes, Cash struggles as his love interest Eden Fowler remains in a coma following her involvement in the incident.
Cash had been planning to declare his love for Eden on the day of the disaster. He now fears that he'll never get a chance to share how he feels.
Launching a mission for revenge, Cash visits Tex in prison to seek answers. He does so without the permission of the police task force who are overseeing the biker gang case.
Tex is smug over Cash's visit and can't resist taunting him, but he soon realises that the policeman isn't prepared to play nice.

Believing that he holds all the cards, Tex refuses to give any answers about the cut brake lines unless Cash is prepared to strike a police deal with him.
Cash makes it clear that he won't negotiate with criminals – and wouldn't be able to help anyway as he has gone rogue by sidelining his police colleagues.
When Tex lets slip Eden's name, it's clear to Cash that he must have been involved in arranging for the Parata house to be bugged for intel while planning the car sabotage.

Later, Cash returns home and teams up with his police colleague Rose Delaney to prove that Tex has been giving orders from prison via a messenger.
Cash is still unwilling to share this information with the task force. Instead, he plots his own next move by sending a message to the bikies – ordering them to name a time and a place so they can settle their feud once and for all.
Could this be a decision that Cash lives to regret?
Home and Away airs these scenes on Monday, March 13 and Tuesday, March 14 at 1.45pm on Channel 5 and 6pm on 5STAR. First-look screenings air at 6.30pm on 5STAR and the show also streams on My5.
