Home and Away's Xander Delaney snaps over Kate friendship

Home and Away's Xander Delaney is going to snap over his friendship with his late colleague Jamie's widow Kate in upcoming scenes.
Set to air next week in the UK, following Xander getting annoyed at Mackenzie Booth's suggestion that Kate is relying on him too much and that she needs some space, Xander once again reaches out to Kate as he wants to talk.

Mac and Rose are also worried that he's getting too involved in this, while Kate herself says he doesn't need to keep showing up, but he is still determined to support his best mate's widow.
And, indeed, she does indeed turn to him following a fight with Timothy's mum.
Bree notices that things are tense between them and tells Xander that she's been talking to Mac, who feels the same. Xander is furious and snaps at Bree, before later going to Salt and having a go at Mac as well.
He's going to support Kate and no-one can stop him, he insists.

But will he continue to fall out with people over this, and will things with Kate really get as bad as people are worried it will?
Home and Away airs weekdays at 1.45pm on Channel 5 and 6pm on 5STAR. First-look screenings air at 6.30pm on 5STAR and the show also streams on My5.
In Australia, the show airs Mondays to Thursdays at 7pm on Channel 7 and streams on 7plus.
