Humpback Whales Work Together for Their Catch of the Day
A spectacular instance of how humpback whales use teamwork to catch fish was documented on November 5 in Norway by Berthold Hinrichs.
The video shows fish jumping from the water after being driven upwards by the group of whales, most likely through what’s known as a “bubble net,” generated by one of the hunting whales.
