Jennifer Bowerman and her husband tied the knot on Oct. 8 at wedding venue in Boise, Idaho, that they traded three Eras concert tickets to use for the night
One couple traded in their Taylor Swift Era's Tour concert tickets for a free wedding venue.
Jennifer Bowerman and her husband Mike tied the knot on Oct. 8 at the Vintage Rose wedding venue in Boise, Idaho after handing over three of their six concert tickets to the venue's co-owner Emily Cloud. Last November Cloud posted on TikTok explaining that she was offering the wedding venue for free to anyone who was willing to give her tickets.
"When I first posted it, it was 100% a joke," she told KTVB7 at the time. "My husband didn't even know that I posted it. He's the other co-owner. So the next day when it blew up he was like, 'Are you really giving the venue away for a day?'"
She continued: "I mean I had to take it seriously then and I was excited about it."

After Cloud posted the video word got around to Bowerman's mom who knew her daughter and Mike eventually wanted to get married. At the time, the couple wasn't even engaged. They decided to tour the venue anyway and loved it. That's when they decided to go through with Cloud's proposal.
"Each ticket was $300,” Bowerman told KTVB7. “So, we spent about $900 on a $4,500 wedding venue, essentially.”
A few months later in January 2023, Mike proposed to Bowerman while on a trip to McCall, ID. Driving back from their vacation she says she texted Cloud asking what dates that the venue was available this year. She told them Oct. 8.
But before the wedding day arrived, Bowerman and Cloud both attended the Era's Tour concert this summer sitting side by side. “It was actually great to know who was going to be sitting next to us,” Bowerman said.
The newlyweds finally walked down in aisle last month. The altar was decorated with pink and red roses. Bowerman's bridesmaids stood beside her wearing red dresses.
“We love to thank Taylor Swift for it, because it could not have been more perfect,” Bowerman said.
