The 35-year-old footballer volunteered along with rugby player Mike Tindall for the latest trial to win food for the camp, which involved downing disgusting drinks without spitting them out or being sick.
Scott spluttered: "Agh it’s got hairs in it! Could have had a little wax before. That was disgusting. That was horrendous.”
Presented with a drink made from huntsman spiders she quipped: "This will make me legless!"
The Lioness also drank liquidised fish eyes and blended snails.
When Tindall - who is married to to King Charles III's niece Zara Phillips - was presented with a drink of liquidised pig penis, Scott correctly identified what animal the curled up phallus came from.
She joked: "I know my penises."
After drinking the pig penis Tindall said: "That is horrendous after. It's like pork scratchings if pork scratchings taste like s**t."
But he said of the duck tongue: "That is the best so far, another one of those barman!"
Presented with a choice from the Unspeak Easy bar he opted for 'minger beer' saying "I'm going to try the minge for sure."
Hosts Ant McPartlin and Declan Donnelly revealed it was blended sheep vagina, with pig uterus, which Tindall described as "bitty".
Scott said afterwards: "I'm so glad we're taking 10 stars back but I don't think I want the meal. I feel so sick, I feel like I could be sick at any point."
Tindall said: "There's something going on inside my stomach that isn't good."
Viewers were impressed with how the two retired sports players raced through downing the disgusting drinks with no fuss.
One tweeted: "They're both legends with how fast there drinking them drinks... Go Mike and Jill."
Another said: "Absolutely brilliant from Jill and Mike. I’m more than impressed."
And another commented: "The king & queen of the jungle returning to camp with 10 stars."
