Ahead of the release of the new Indiana Jones sequel The Dial of Destiny, LEGO has revealed some new playsets.

Starring Harrison Ford, the long-awaited film arrives this summer, and these new playsets will let Indiana Jones fans old and new explore the franchise's rich history.

First up is the Temple of the Golden Idol set, which is based on the opening scene from the first Indiana Jones film, Raiders of the Lost Ark.

The set features mini-figures of Indiana himself, as well as Satipo, Belloq and a Hovitos Warrior. You can also Light up the Golden Idol but make sure your Indy escapes the massive rolling boulder! It's priced at £129.99 and is set for release in April.

Then there's the Escape from the Lost Tomb set, also based on Raiders of the Lost Ark, and featuring Indy's biggest weakness: snakes!

With this set, you also get four mini-figures: Indiana Jones, complete with hat and whip, Marion Ravenwood, Sallah and a mummy. The set features an Anubis statue that can fall and break through a wall to reveal a hidden passage where a mummy appears to scare Indy.

The set is priced at £34.99 and is set for release on April 1.

Finally, the Fight Plane Chase set is based on a scene from The Last Crusade film and lets you head off on a mission with Indiana Jones and his father, Professor Henry Jones Sr.

The set features a fighter plane with a propeller, 2 stud shooters and removable wings, plus a vintage convertible car with a chest in the back containing an umbrella and a pistol. Along with the figures of Indy and his father, you also get a fighter pilot to fly the buildable plane toy.

The set is priced at £29.99 and is set for release on April 1.

Indiana Jones and the Dial of Destiny is scheduled for release on June 23, 2023.
