Innovative Artists Ups Five Coordinators To Agent

EXCLUSIVE: Five coordinators at Innovative Artists, all members of IA’s Agent Trainee Program. have been promoted to agent positions.

Joe Arciniega has been elevated from assistant to agent in the literary department in Los Angeles, focusing on writers. Emily Cameron was promoted from literary coordinator to agent in the literary department in Los Angeles, focusing on directors. Ryann Stibor is moving from production coordinator to agent in the production department in Los Angeles. Joya Rankins was promoted from comedy coordinator to agent in the comedy department in Los Angeles, focusing on speakers and appearances. Tom Flanagan was elevated from assistant to agent in the voiceover and on-camera commercial departments in New York.

Arciniega graduated from UC Santa Barbara with a degree in Film & Media Studies with a focus in Screenwriting. As an agent, he aims to uplift new and established writers, with plans to promote more Latinx voices.

Cameron graduated from Chapman University with degrees in Screenwriting and French. She intends to continue her work with directors and grow her roster of TV Literary clients.

Stibor graduated from UC Santa Barbara with degrees in Film & Media Studies and History. Stibor is looking to continue working with clients as an agent with a focus on Independent Film.

Rankins, a graduate of San Diego State University, with a degree in English, is currently focused on colleges and conventions.

Flanagan is a graduate of Loyola University Maryland where he earned a Bachelor’s in English and Film Studies. He aims to work closely with clients who work in both the Voice-Over and On-Camera Commercial spaces.
