Itzy bringing their first World Tour, Checkmate, to Singapore on 28 Jan 2023
Midzys, mark your calendars, as K-pop girl group Itzy have announced their plans to perform in Singapore next year!
As shared on their Facebook page on Monday (17 Oct), Itzy will be bringing their first world tour, Checkmate, to The Star Theatre on 28 Jan 2023.
Additional stops in Manila (14 Jan 2023), Jakarta (4 Feb 2023) and Bangkok (8 April 2023) were also announced.
No ticketing details were released as yet.
Consisting of members Yeji, Lia, Ryujin, Chaeryeong, and Yuna, Itzy debuted in 2019 with their single album It'z Different, and have since gone on to win multiple awards across K-pop.
They released their first full-length album, Crazy in Love, last year, the same year which they made their Japanese debut.
Itzy are notably the first girl group formed by JYP Entertainment since 2015, when the label unveiled the girl group TWICE.
