Take a Closer Look at the New Jacquemus and Nike Air Max 1 '86

Jacquemus and Nike are back at it with another surprise collaboration, this time taking over the slightly chunkier Nike Air Max 1 silhouette. Teased, as always, through the Jacquemus Instagram account back in May, the new collaboration appears to arrive in three core colorways: monochromatic silver, white and dark red.

Crafted with a mesh and leather upper, the shoes feature the Air Max's signature sole alongside debossed Jacquemus branding on the heel. Additional branding arrives via a plush leather hang-tag, singular insole and tongue, while the subtle Nike Swoosh appears on the laces, lateral sides and lace dubraes.

A release date has yet to be confirmed but the Instagram post did direct fans to the Jacquemus website, stating that the collaborative pairs will be priced at 165 GBP // 180 USD.

Since the first tease, we've now received a closer look at the vibrant red colorway, showcasing patent red hang-tags made especially for the collaboration. Take another look at the new kicks above and keep your eyes on the Jacquemus website for an official release date.

In other news, PUMA and Coperni just dropped a new SS24 collection.
