Janette Manrara celebrates husband Aljaž Škorjanec's Strictly return
Strictly Come Dancing's Janette Manrara has celebrated her husband Aljaž Škorjanec's return to the show.
It was recently announced that Aljaž will be returning to Strictly’s professional ranks later this year for the BBC competition show’s 20th anniversary, three years after he last took to the ballroom in 2021.
Aljaž's wife Janette, a fellow former pro who also remains part of the Strictly family as co-host of spin-off show It Takes Two, has now taken to Instagram to share her excitement over Aljaž's return.

"We started our @bbcstrictly journey together back in 2013, and now for the 20th year anniversary, we’ll both be back on your screens once again!," she captioned some sweet photos of the couple, as well one of Aljaž with their young daughter Lyra.
"I am so happy the country gets to enjoy the smiliest man in showbiz once again."
Janette continued: "But mostly, I cannot wait for Lyra and I to be sat together on Saturday nights watching Ati (Dad in Slovenian) dancing on our telly. We’re so proud of you Bučko, and we love you to the moon and back!
"CONGRATULATIONS!! And I guess the show's motto has never felt more true….. #keepdancing".

Aljaž confirmed the exciting news of his return during a special appearance on The One Show yesterday, promising fans lots of surprises for Strictly's milestone anniversary.
"[Strictly], like we all know, gets bigger and better every single year, especially this year for the anniversary. 20 years — it's incredible," he said.
"It's such an amazing show and I think it's a part of British culture now. At the end, why we all do it is for everyone at home watching. It makes so many people happy… I think that all of us that do it, do it for that reason."
Strictly Come Dancing will return later this year on BBC One, while spin-off Strictly: It Takes Two airs on weeknights on BBC Two. Both shows are available to stream on BBC iPlayer.
