Jennifer Lopez and Ben Affleck Remain 'Friendly' amid Marital Strain and 'See Each Other Every Few Days' (Source)

An insider previously told PEOPLE that the couple is selling their Beverly Hills home

Jennifer Lopez and Ben Affleck remain on good terms despite the strain in their marriage, a source tells PEOPLE.

“They’re still friendly and see each other every few days,” the source close to Lopez says.

The pair were last spotted together publicly on June 2 when they were photographed attending Affleck’s 12-year-old son Samuel's basketball game in Santa Monica, Calif. The couple were pictured sharing a kiss on the cheek as they greeted one another outside the YMCA, before heading inside with Affleck’s mother Chris Anne Boldt.

"It's a good sign they were at the game together,” another source told PEOPLE of Affleck and Lopez's attendance at the sporting event, which was also attended by Affleck's ex-wife and Samuel’s mom, Jennifer Garner.

The latest update on the duo’s relationship comes after a source told PEOPLE they are selling their Beverly Hills mansion that they've shared together since June 2023.

Lopez, 54, and Affleck, 51, bought the $61-million-dollar home in the spring of 2023.

According to multiple sources, Lopez is currently living in the property, while Affleck is staying at a rental home a few miles away while shooting his film The Accountant 2.

On Saturday, June 8, Lopez was snapped arriving solo at Giorgio Baldi in Los Angeles wearing a cream knit dress and both her wedding and engagement rings. Along with her rings, the singer and actress accessorized her look with large gold hoop earrings and chunky peep-toe heels.

The outing came just over a week after the Atlas star canceled her summer tour — This Is Me... Live — to take  "time off to be with her children, family and close friends."

"I am completely heartsick and devastated about letting you down. Please know that I wouldn’t do this if I didn’t feel that it was absolutely necessary," Lopez wrote in a statement to her fans on her OntheJLo website.
