Jennifer Lopez and Ben Affleck Reportedly "Kept Their Distance" at His Son Samuel's Graduation

But they were still wearing their wedding rings.

Jennifer Lopez and Ben Affleck are keeping family a priority as they continue to navigate issues in their relationship. On Wednesday, the couple, who has been the subject of divorce rumors for the past several weeks, both attended Affleck's 12-year-old son Samuel's graduation ceremony in Los Angeles—but according to TMZ, the pair arrived and exited the event separately. 

The outlet reported that Lopez and Affleck "kept their distance" and "separated their families" during the occasion while sharing photos of the singer showing up with her twins, Emme and Max, and the actor with his mother, Chris Anne Boldt. Jennifer Garner was also in attendance, bringing along her and Affleck's two other children, Violet and Fin. 

Despite the separation, Affleck and Lopez were both wearing their wedding rings. Lopez paired hers with a cream-colored minidress with a scalloped hemline, while Affleck accessorized his band with a blue three-piece suit and an iced coffee.

Earlier this month, Bennifer made a joint appearance at Samuel's basketball game at the YMCA in Santa Monica, where they were spotted greeting each other with a kiss on the cheek. “They’re still friendly and see each other every few days,” an insider told People, with another source saying that it's "a good sign they were at the game together." 

Meanwhile, other sources recently shared that Lopez and Affleck are "living separate lives," but remain very much married.

"They went into their relationship very optimistic and thought things could change, but they haven't," an insider told Entertainment Tonight, adding that "Jen is touring houses and shopping around for her own home."
