Jessica Biel was hard at work in New York City before her husband was arrested.

On Monday, June 17, Biel, 42, was seen on the set of her new Prime Video series, The Better Sister, with Elizabeth Banks in New York City. Hours later, Justin Timberlake was arrested on Long Island.

Biel wore a corset top over a blouse and a long brown skirt and sandals as she walked alongside Banks, 50, who wore an animal print blouse, black denim skirt and sandals while they filmed in Central Park.

While Biel was filming the thriller series, which will see her and Banks star as sisters, her husband, was on Long Island, where he was later arrested for driving while intoxicated or impaired, per a representative for the Sag Harbor Police Department.

A source told PEOPLE that the singer, 43, had dinner at the American Hotel in Sag Harbor on Monday night, and was on his way to a friend's house when he was pulled over and arrested on DWI charges.

After appearing in court for his arraignment, the "Selfish" singer was released from police custody. He is due back in court for a hearing on Friday, July 26.

Another source told PEOPLE he was accompanied by his attorney and two others, was handcuffed "with his hands in front of him" and dressed casually in "a black bowling shirt, light jeans and white and baby blue Air Force 1s."

"He did seem a bit upset," the source said, adding that "Jessica was not with him."

The Better Sister marks Biel's first TV role since 2022's Candy, in which she starred as the infamous axe murderer Candy Montgomery, who killed her neighbor Betty Gore, who Melanie Lynskey played in the Hulu limited series. (Elizabeth Olsen later took on the role of Montgomery in Max's Love & Death.)

The new Prime Video thriller, which is based on Alafair Burke's novel of the same name, sees Biel star as Chloe and Banks star as Nicky, her estranged sister who is "trying to stay clean."

The sisters are brought together when Chloe's "handsome lawyer husband" Adam is "brutally murdered," and "the prime suspect sends shockwaves through the family, laying bare long-buried secrets," per the official synopsis.

In a sweet tribute on Instagram, Biel called her husband of 14 years "the rock" of their family.

"You’re so many things to so many people. But to us you are THE ROCK. The rock we climb on, we lean against. The rock that shades us from the sun," she wrote alongside several sweet photos of Timberlake and their sons, as well as a selfie with him. "And when we recline on you, as we always do, hopefully our butts will keep you eternally grounded and warm. We LOVE YOU 🪨❤️."
