Jonathan Cheban Opening A Restaurant In Miami?
HollywoodLife.com spoke to a source who tells us that Kim's bestie is down in Miami looking for spots to open his own sushi restaurant -- would you eat there?
Move over Scott Disick, because Jonathan Cheban is about to expand his empire! HollywoodLife.com has learned that the former PR mogul flew to Miami and was spotted looking at some pretty pricey venues on Aug. 24 to open a Japanese restaurant -- Scott just opened an Asian fusion spot in NYC called RYU, this past April! "Jonathan met with some brokers," a source tells us. "He's looking at spaces to do his own sushi concept. He's been tweeting a ton of pics from a high-end sushi restaurant recently called Sushi Mikasa and it's all he's been thinking about. I'm sure Scott will be supportive of his decision, but from what I know, they're not doing this together." We told you that Scott opened a restaurant in NYC's Meatpacking District called RYU, and Jonathan actually attended the opening. We hear he's looking at spots on the side of the new Shelborne Hotel on 18th and Collins.
