Julia Fox Says There's a 'Shrine' in Her NYC Home Dedicated to the Ghost That Lives There: 'She Watches Over Us'
“I believe in other dimensions," Fox said about her paranormal resident, who she named "Beauty"

Julia Fox just moved into a new home, but she didn’t realize she would have a new roommate, too.
In an interview with Vulture, Fox revealed that she not only believes in ghosts, but she has one in her house. She said when she was first “drawn” to the home, she sensed there was a spiritual being there.
“Most recently, I was drawn to this home and then when I bought it, I went downstairs and there was a whole shrine set up for the ghost that lived there,” she said. “And before I saw the shrine, I knew that there was a ghost drawing me to the house because everytime I would go it would be, like, on a full moon and it was always magical, mystical, supernatural.”

She added: “I believe in other dimensions.”
The model, 33, purchased a home in New York City in 2023. Ever since, she said the ghost — who she said is named "Beauty" — presides over her and her son.
“She's the matriarch of the home and she watches over us,” Fox explained.

Life seemingly imitates art, because Fox was in Park City this week for the Sundance Film Festival to promote her new movie, Presence. The Steven Soderbergh film stars Fox and Lucy Liu, and follows a family that moves into a new home that holds supernatural entities.

In an interview with PEOPLE earlier this week, the Down the Drain author said she was “taking it all in” as she explained how she is dressing in the Utah weather.
“I love the Western mountain vibe. I think it's very romantic,” Fox said. “I love it.”
She said that day, she “went for a 'Western Bride' look with the denim and the veil and everything.” She was dressed in head-to-toe denim, keeping warm with a white fur coat and her veil.
