Jung Woo-sung talks about Lee Ji-ah
2 Dec – Actor Jung Woo-sung finally comes forward and spoke about his breakup with actress Lee Ji-ah.
According to Enewsworld website, during a press conference for his upcoming drama, "Padam Padam" on 30 November 2011, the actor was asked if his breakup took a toll on him.
The "Athena: Goddess of War" actor then calmly replied, "It wasn't difficult for me at all. I don't think that way because everybody meets and parts."
He then added, "Actually, I am more concerned right now over my mother's health, because she is getting surgery."
As the subject matter of the drama, "Padam Padam", is miracles, Jung was asked what miracles meant to him.
He answered, "Right now, this moment is a miracle for me as well. When a lot of people come together to make a moment like this, it's a miracle in itself. I think every moment in life is a miracle."
Jung Woo-sung and Lee Ji-ah broke up in June after the actress was involved in a large scale divorce scandal with singer Seo Tai-ji, whom she secretly married prior to becoming an actress.
"Padam Padam" tells the story of Kang-chil (played by Jung Woo-sung) who gets out of prison after 16 years of imprisonment. He falls in love, and begins to live a life where he tries to find the meaning of miracles once again.
The drama will be broadcast on 5 December through the new TV channel JTBC.
