Hailey and Justin tied the knot in September 2018 in a New York City courthouse ceremony, just two months after getting engaged.

One year later, they celebrated with a larger ceremony in front of family and friends, exchanging vows and Tiffany wedding bands in Bluffton, South Carolina.

Speaking about the couple's second wedding, a Bieber source told PEOPLE at the time: “It was all flawless and absolutely magical. They were thrilled to have their families and friends in South Carolina. It meant more than they imagined. It was all very special.”

“Although they were already married, their religious wedding ceremony was very important,” the source added. “It now feels more official for them.”

The second ceremony in South Carolina took place in front of 154 guests — including models Kendall Jenner, Camila Morrone and Joan Smalls, pals Kylie Jenner (with daughter Stormi!), Jaden Smith, Justine Skye, Dan Smyers and Shay Mooney of country duo Dan + Shay and their wives Abby and Hannah, Kris Jenner and Corey Gamble, a source confirmed to PEOPLE at the time.

Justin proposed to Hailey on July 7, 2018, during a vacation to the Bahamas, confirming the exciting news on social media, with a photo of the two and the caption: “Was gonna wait a while to say anything but word travels fast, listen plain and simple Hailey I am soooo in love with everything about you!”

PEOPLE confirmed earlier that following the couples vows at their 2019 ceremony, guests were escorted to the post-ceremony cocktail hour ahead of a formal reception with plated dinner at the Montage Palmetto Bluff. Grammy winner Daniel Caesar performed later in the evening, singing 'It’s Your Love' by Tim McGraw — a request by Justin.

“Everyone danced to every song but people cleared space for them to slow dance to that one. Daniel performed two other songs: ‘Get You’ and ‘Best Part.’ It was beautiful," the source told PEOPLE at the time.
