The Princess of Wales is making her first public appearance in six months after announcing her cancer diagnosis in March
Kate Middleton is making her way to the Trooping the Colour in her first public appearance since revealing her cancer diagnosis in March.
The Princess of Wales, 42, was photographed heading to the ceremony in a car with her husband Prince William beside her and their children on June 15.
Kate was seen sitting by the window as Prince George, 10, sat between herself and the Prince of Wales, while Prince Louis, 6, and Princess Charlotte, 9, (not pictured) sat opposite them.
Princess Kate wore a white dress with a black trim by one of her go-to designers, Jenny Packham, along with a matching hat by Philip Treacy and embellished pearl earrings, as Prince William appeared in uniform dressing for the occasion.

The Princess of Wales’ appearance at the Trooping the Colour comes after she confirmed that she would be attending the ceremony as she shared an update on her cancer treatment in a personally written message on Friday, June 14.
Princess Kate also appeared in a new photo released with the post standing royal outdoors in Windsor, where she lives with Prince William and their three children as she wrote: "I have been blown away by all the kind messages of support and encouragement over the last couple of months.”
"It really has made the world of difference to William and me and has helped us both through some of the harder times."
“I am making good progress, but as anyone going through chemotherapy will know, there are good days and bad days. On those bad days you feel weak, tired and you have to give in to your body resting. But on the good days, when you feel stronger, you want to make the most of feeling well,” she continued.

“My treatment is ongoing and will be for a few more months. On the days I feel well enough, it is a joy to engage with school life, spend personal time on the things that give me energy and positivity, as well as starting to do a little work from home.”
Kate was joined by her children in a carriage as they took part in the royal processional on Saturday. They will then join William on the balcony of Buckingham Palace alongside King Charles and Queen Camilla.
