Kellie Pickler is looking to say goodbye to her longtime Nashville home where she lived with her late husband Kyle Jacobs.

According to property records, the Tudor-style home was purchased in January 2010, just a year before the country singer, 37, tied the knot with Jacobs. The property is where Jacobs died by suicide at age 49 in February, PEOPLE confirmed at the time.

Listed for $2.89 million, the house features four bedrooms and four full bathrooms spread across its 4,865 square feet.

Gary Ashton of The Ashton Real Estate Group of RE/MAX Advantage currently holds the listing.

Inside, there's a two-story fireplace in the living room, an eat-in kitchen with a center island, a wine cellar and a media room.

Pickler and Jacobs began dating in 2008 and wed in a surprise ceremony three years later.

The American Idol alum shared a statement with PEOPLE following her husband’s death in February.

“One of the most beautiful lessons my husband taught me was in a moment of crisis, if you don’t know what to do, ‘do nothing, just be still,'" she said. “I have chosen to heed his advice.”

“Thank you to my family, friends, and supporters, for the countless letters, calls, and messages that you have sent my way,” the radio host continued. “It has truly touched my soul and it’s helping me get through the darkest time in my life. As many of you have told me, you are all in my prayers.”

She added that an intimate memorial service was being planned for Jacobs in the fall as “that is what Kyle would have wanted.” Later in September, a “Celebration of Life” service was held at Franklin First UMC in Franklin, Tennessee, in which hundreds of people gathered to pay their respects to the late musician.
