Kelly Ripa and Mark Consuelos Celebrate Eldest Child Michael’s 27th Birthday with Throwback Reel: 'You Got the Ball Rolling Baby'

Ripa and Consuelos are also parents to daughter Lola, 22, and son Joaquin, 21

Kelly Ripa and Mark Consuelos' son is moving on up!

The couple jointly posted an Instagram tribute to their eldest child, Michael, on Instagram for his 27th birthday on Sunday, June 2, featuring a throwback reel of Michael through the years, set to the Curtis Mayfield song "Move on Up."

The reel includes photos and videos of Michael reaching milestones such as crawling and walking as a baby and trick-or-treating as a young boy, as well as footage from his past birthdays.

"Happy 27th birthday to the founding member of our family @Michael.Consuelos 🎉. You got the ball rolling baby and we love you!" Ripa, 53, captioned the post.

Many celebrities — including family friend Andy Cohen, Jenna Dewan and Uzo Aduba — commented on the post.

"I love this. Happy Birthday Mikey!" wrote Cohen, 56, who shares the same birthday as Michael.

"This is precious. Happy Birthday!!!" Orange Is the New Black alum Aduba wrote.

Dewan, 43, who starred in a Lifetime movie with the young actor in 2022, added: "Happy birthday Michael!!!! So much love to you all!!! 🙌🙌."

The Live with Kelly and Mark co-hosts welcomed their first child in 1997. Michael is older sibling to sister Lola, 22, and brother Joaquin, 21.

In 2022, Michael told PEOPLE as part of the 2022 Sexiest Man Alive issue that he often takes style inspiration from his famous dad's wardrobe and borrows his clothes without permission.

"My dad has a cool closet," he said of Mark, 53. "I often raid my dad's closet — and he always notices. He's like, 'Hey, where's this?' And I'm like, 'Oh, you weren't home. You were in Vancouver for a while, so I figured...' He's like, 'Don't figure, ask!' "

June is a big birthday month for the Ripa-Consuelos family. Lola is set to turn 23 on June 16.
