22 Dec – Hilary Tsui and Josie Ho's legal representatives earlier made a statement saying that restaurateur Kenny Wee had been silenced by their legal threat. But the businessman's restaurant latest press statement proved otherwise.

As reported on Jayne Stars, on 19 December, Kenny's restaurant, Taiwan Yiping Huadiao Chicken released a press statement, saying that they have the right to sue those who defamed their restaurant with false accusation and slander, pointing to the artists who are involved in the "Artistes Dinner".

The press statement also hinted at the existence of a security camera tape that filmed the activities occurring in the VIP room which may be produced as proof that Kenny did not frame them about the alleged recreational drug use. Undoubtedly, this revelation may bode ill for the artistes if true.
