NAIROBI (Reuters) - The Kenyan opposition said on Friday it would "not be a party" to the imminent announcement of the presidential vote by the election commission because their concerns had not been addressed. "We raised some very serious concerns they have not responded to them," said senior opposition official Musalia Mudavadi. (reporting by Katharine Houreld)
