Kerry Katona nervous ahead of cosmetic surgery
Kerry Katona is "really nervous" about undergoing cosmetic surgery.
The former Atomic Kitten singer is excited to be having an eyelift this week and though she trusts the clinic carrying out the procedure, she can't help but feel apprehensive.
She wrote in her column for new! magazine: "I get my eye lift this week and I’m s******g myself. I’m really nervous, but I’m looking forward to having it done. I’m going to Pall Mall Medical and they’ve been really great, so it’s exciting.
"I think the recovery period is 10 days and I won’t be able to drive during that time. "
Once she is recovered from the operation, Kerry - who has Molly, 22, and Lilly, 20, with first husband Brian McFadden, Heidi, 16, and 15-year-old Max with second spouse Mark Croft, and nine-year-old DJ with late third husband George Kay - will be planning her next cosmetic surgery.
She said: "We have decided to do my nose surgery separately, so I’m hoping to get a date in soon for that too – it’s all happening."
In October, the 43-year-old star - who is engaged to Ryan Mahoney - underwent a non-surgical facelift and was delighted with the results.
She wrote in her column at the time: "I'm feeling so amazing after getting a non-surgical facelift last week. I can't believe the results. I've never had one before and I love it - my jaw is so defined and it looks really natural. Some people get so much done but I'm nervous about doing things to my face and ruining it.
I loved that this was a no-surgery procedure as well since I get scared. I went to Dr Nyla Raja and am over the moon. I'm also 43 now so I think I'm allowed a bit of this and that!"
