Khloé Kardashian has posted a sweet photo of her son Tatum on Instagram.

The reality TV star welcomed baby Tatum via surrogate in July 2022. She shares her son and 5-year-old daughter True with her former partner, NBA player Tristan Thompson.

The newly posted snap sees Tatum wearing a green beanie with a smiley face embroidered across it and a coordinated tank top, as he holds an apple in his hands.

"My baby," Khloé wrote in the caption, adding a green heart emoji.

Khloé's mum Kris Jenner also posted a comment on the photo, calling baby Tatum her "precious angel" and adding heart-eyes emojis.

Reality star-turned-podcast host Kailyn Lowry wrote that she could "see so much of Rob", Khloé's brother, in baby Tatum, and Khloé replied: "Aww thank you! He reminds me so much of my dad and my brother it is wild."

Khloé first revealed the name she'd chosen for her baby boy in season three of The Kardashians.

Throughout the season, she also addressed her complicated feelings about welcoming a baby via surrogacy, saying that she "didn't digest" she was about to become a mum once again until she went to the hospital.

"I definitely buried my head in the sand during that pregnancy, that I didn't digest what was happening," she said on camera. "When I went to the hospital, I really think that was the first time that really registered.

"It has nothing to do with the baby, it's just: 'Okay, we're having a baby, this is my son and I'm taking him home with me,'" she continued.

"I definitely was in a state of shock, I think, from my entire experience in general."

The Kardashians seasons 1-3 are available to stream now on Disney+. Season 4 premieres on September 28.
