Kid Cudi Posts Update from Hospital with Fiancée After Second Foot Surgery: 'Feelin Goood Man!!'

Kid Cudi's second foot surgery was a success!

In an Instagram post on Wednesday, May 22, the rapper, 40, revealed that he underwent a second procedure after breaking his foot during his 2024 Coachella performance.

"Just finished my 2nd surgery. It was a success. Feelin goood man!! ✌🏾❤️ 🙏🏾☺️🫶🏽 Send me all ur love, I could really use it 🥹," wrote Cudi.

The post began with a photo of Cudi holding two thumbs up while lying in a hospital bed. In the second picture, he made a silly face while showing off his purple hospital gown and blue bouffant cap.

The next day, he expressed his appreciation for his fiancée, Lola Abecassis Sartore, who he said has been supporting him throughout the recovery process.

"My ride or die holdin me down.😘😘 My babe stayed all day and even slept at the hospital. I am so blessed to have her yall. Thank u God 🥹🙏🏾💞," the musician wrote in a follow-up post.

The photo showed Cudi smiling from ear to ear as he posed for a photo in a hospital bed next to Sartore.

The bride-to-be commented on the post, "Through sickness and through health! 💕💕💕."

Cudi announced his engagement to Sartore days before performing at the festival.

"My fiancé Lola and me at the Knuckles premiere. This amazing woman makes me so happy, she is everything to me and im so excited to share this news w u all 🥹 Life is wild, and right when I felt my future was uncertain, it became crystal clear with Lola. Happy Cud in full effect 😉🙏🏾," he wrote in a Wednesday, April 17, Instagram post.

Shortly after his Coachella health scare, Cudi said his injury was "much more serious than I thought," revealing that he had broken his calcaneus (heel bone) and canceled his summer tour.

"We have to cancel the tour so I can focus on getting better you be out there in top shape to rage with you all. There's just no way I can bounce back in time to give 100%. The injury is much more serious than I thought," he announced in a post on X, formerly known as Twitter, on Wednesday, April 41.
