Kim Zolciak accuses Kroy Biermann of leaking sensitive divorce info to press

Reality TV star Kim Zolciak believes her estranged husband, Kroy Biermann, is leaking information about their messy divorce to the press, according to new court documents filed by Zolciak.

The 45-year-old is now asking the court to issue a protective order in the ongoing divorce and aims to redact certain damaging information from public view, including names and financial records, reports TMZ.

In the documents, Zolciak claims she attempted to negotiate with Biermann and have him sign a confidentiality order, but the ex-NFL star refused, leading her to suspect he has been leaking info to the press.

The couple first filed for divorce in May 2023, calling their relationship “irretrievably broken with no hope of reconciliation” after 11 years of marriage.

The two have attempted to salvage the marriage several times, even celebrating their wedding anniversary on Nov. 11, but to no avail.

Later the same month, TMZ reported on an “extremely loud” fight between the couple that led to one of their children calling the police to their Georgia residence to de-escalate the situation.

Prior to that, Zolciak had called the police back in August, accusing Biermann of locking her out of the house, and again in September, claiming she “didn’t feel safe at home.”

The difficult and drawn-out separation has been made even more complicated by the fact that the estranged couple is still living under the same roof.

Zolciak and Biermann obtained a court order in October, allowing them to both stay at the residence but only if they keep their distance, with Zolciak primarily staying in the basement, and Biermann taking the primary bedroom.

It was also reported in November that Zolciak was selling several designer items on Instagram due to the couple’s financial woes. They’re allegedly in debt nearly $1.1 million to the IRS and have been sued by multiple credit card companies for unpaid bills.

The “The Real Housewives of Atlanta” alum is now asking a judge to step in to ensure sensitive info such as this stops leaking to the press, and the judge has yet to rule on the matter.
