Mom guilt is too real, and it seems Kourtney Kardashian can relate. In the latest episode of her family’s reality series, the 48-year-old is getting candid about “balancing it all” after welcoming her fourth child with husband Travis Barker… and any parent will relate to the push-pull of worrying about whether you’re devoting “enough” time to each kid equally.

“I have kids all different age ranges—preteen, teenage, adults, an infant,” she said in a confessional on The Kardashians. “So I really try to set aside one-on-one time with each of my kids. I don’t want to miss anything. It’s like a feeling of being pulled in different directions, like wanting to be everything to everyone.”

She and Barker welcomed their son, Rocky, last November, and Kardashian shares son Mason, 14, daughter Penelope, 12, and son Reign, 9, with her ex, Scott Disick. Her blended family also includes Barker’s 20-year-old son, Landon, and daughters Atiana, 25, and Alabama, 18, whom he co-parents with his ex, Shanna Moakler.

In a conversation with her pal Erin Paxton, Kardashian opened up further about her feelings now that she’s a mom to “four plus three bonus,” referring to Barker’s trio.

Admitting that she’s “feeling the guilt of all the kids,” she added, “yesterday the guilt really hit where I was like, ‘Okay I have to do more with the other kids.’ So I don’t know how I’m balancing it yet.”

It seems that spending time with baby Rocky is taking precedence, as she doesn’t want to miss out on those special early months with her littlest one, even though she’d committed to joining Barker for his world tour with Blink-182.

“It feels like a rare time when you have an infant and I just love this time at home,” she admitted. “And when Travis committed to this tour, I wasn’t pregnant yet. I think the reason for going would be to keep our family together. It just feels like, am I ready?”

Moms everywhere will no doubt relate to the reality star’s feelings, especially when first returning to work after giving birth or trying to balance quality time with multiple kids. Thankfully, it seems like she’s got ample support and the ability to adjust her schedule to meet her needs—the things every mom out there truly needs and deserves.
