Kourtney Kardashian Recalls First Trip to the Emmy Awards in 2009 While Pregnant with Son Mason

The Lemme co-founder is a mom to Mason, Penelope, Reign, and Rocky

Kourtney Kardashian Barker is reminiscing on her first trip to the Emmys.

In this week's episode of The Kardashians, the Lemme co-founder looked back 15 years to her first Emmy Awards as she got prepared for the 2024 ceremony. She called sister Kim Kardashian to break down the 2009 night.

"I am doing Glam for the Emmys. We were just thinking of how the only time I went to the Emmys was with you. Do you remember?" she asked the SKIMS founder.

"And I was pregnant, you were invited with Ryan Seacrest, but he only had one seat. I think I literally went with you and did the red carpet and left. Because this was in 2009 when I was pregnant with Mason. It was like a dark gray dress with this ugly bangle."

Kardashian immediately recalled the same memory, cutting off her sister's sentence to add, "And I wore like a white off the shoulder. And we got ready in your condo right down the street in Calabasas, in your kitchen."

The two then compare how different their lives are 15 years later. "I know, I was like, imagine going to red carpet and then," Kardashian Barker recalled. "And now your husband is performing at the Emmys," Kardashian said, referencing Kardashian Barker's husband Travis Barker.

"He's opening the show," she added.
