Firefighters are still making efforts to extinguish the fire occurred after Russian June 12 attack on an industrial facility in Kyiv Oblast as of June 13, Ukraine’s State Emergency Service reported.

249 firefighters, 98 pieces of equipment, and four fire engines are involved in extinguishing the fire as of 7:00 a.m. EET.

Russian mass attack on June 12 

Russia sent a mass missile and drone attack primarily directed at Kyiv using Kh-101/Kh-555/Kh-55 cruise missiles from Tu-95MS strategic bombers and Shahed drones overnight on June 12.

Kyiv and Kyiv Oblast were the key targets.

All enemy targets were intercepted by Air Defense, Kyiv Military Administration reported.

Ukrainian Air Defense downed five missiles and 24 Shahed drones overnight.
