Kyle Richards Introduces New Puppy and Ask for Help with a Name: 'She Was Meant to Be Ours'

Richards said she welcomed the Bernese mountain dog into her home after she was messaged by a follower who couldn't keep the puppy

Kyle Richards' family just got a little bit bigger!

On Friday, the Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star, 55, introduced her Instagram followers to the new puppy she recently welcomed into her household via an adorable video.

In the clip, set to the Britney Spears' hit "Oops...I Did It Again," the Bernese mountain dog puppy — currently nameless — wears a big red bow and runs around on the grass with another dog.

In the post's caption, Richards explained how she came to own the dog.

"I was sent a DM by a follower on IG who told me they had this puppy but for personal reasons could not keep her and asked if I could help find her a home," she said, adding that she agreed to help because she knew she could find the "beautiful baby" a loving household to live in.

The reality star said she purposefully didn't name the dog so she wouldn't get attached, but the tactic was unsuccessful.

"I have always wanted a Bernese Mountain dog, and it felt like she was meant to be ours," Richards admitted in the caption. She and her family have not agreed on a name, so Richards asked her 4.3 million followers for help.

"We have not been able to agree on a name so would love suggestions!" Richards closed her Instagram post about the pup.

Richards has been having a busy week!

On Wednesday, the mom of four was spotted out to dinner with her friends Kesha and Morgan Wade at Giorgio Baldi in Los Angeles.

While they were waiting for the valet, Richards helped the pop star, 36, tease lyrics from an upcoming song. The pair held up a cardboard sign with the words "Freedom I've been waiting for you" written on it beside a heart as Wade, 29, stood by, amused.

Kesha confirmed that they were lyrics to a new song in a video of the moment.
