Leader of organised crime gang exposes methods used to snatch mobile phones

Phone snatching gang members “think they are entrepreneurs” and view their crimes as their job, Dave Fishwick has suggested.

Speaking in an interview with Mr Fishwick for Good Morning Britain that aired on Tuesday 25 June, the leader of an organised crime gang exposed the methods they use to snatch mobile phones.

“These guys... they are on thousands of pounds a day,” Mr Fishwick said of his discussion with a leader calling himself “Rich”.

“They think they are an entrepreneur, they think they’ve got a job. He was talking to me as if he’s got a business. He’s ripping people off, stealing from people.”
