Love is in the air this month and League of Legends: Wild Rift is sprucing things up by debuting Yuumi, the Magical Cat.

From 12 February until 3 March, Wild Rift players can earn free rewards by participating in Yuumi’s Adventure and get the chance to own the newest support champion.

In the Purrfect Adventure, players can complete missions to progress through a map and win rewards by tapping individual nodes.

Smaller prizes, such as Blue Motes and Poro Coins, are given by nodes with a heart shape, while large nodes award players with unique items like icons, emotes, a recall, and more. Players can also read conversations between Yuumi and a different champion that needs help.

Players need to complete 21 missions in the next two weeks to reap the rewards of this Feline adventure, with three new missions getting released every two days.

Six of the 21 rewards are major prizes, including icons, pose selection chests, recall animation, emotes, and more. They will also receive Yuumi after completing the 10th mission of this event.

Minor prizes include Blue Motes, Poro Coins, and Blue Motes Boosts. While minor, these are all important in owning new champions or getting free champion skins.

Yuumi is one of the LoL PC Champions that Wild Rift promised to release this year.

She is among the most hated champions in LoL PC, because many fans believe this cat is more like a buff, and most often feels like a cheat in the Summoner’s Rift.

To everyone’s surprise in 2021, the Magical Cat became popular in the LoL World Championship, with DAMWON Gaming KIA debuting Yuumi in their lineup during the group stage with a 69.4% pick/ban rate and a 61.54% win rate.

This caused her to become popular on ranked solo queue in the fourth quarter of the past year, and you can bet her arrival in Patch 3.0 is sure to cause a stir among the Wild Rift players.

A few weeks before her arrival, players in the community were already spreading memes about Yuumi mains relaxing, studying, washing the dishes, or even sleeping while playing the game. And who can blame them?

This love-to-hate cat is one of the easiest champions to play and one of the most annoying to play against.
