Lily-Rose Depp Turns 25 with Sweet Tribute from Girlfriend 070 Shake: 'Happy Birthday My Oxygen'

Lily-Rose Depp just turned 25 with some love from girlfriend 070 Shake!

On May 27, the actress rang in a quarter century, and her celebration included a romantic nod from the “Escapism” rapper, whose birth name is Danielle Balbuena.

On her Instagram Stories, the rapper, 26, shared a picture of the couple, in which her arm is wrapped snugly around Depp’s shoulders, and wrote, “Happy Birthday MY OXYGEN!!”

The Idol star — who prefers to keep her relationships out of the spotlight — confirmed her romance with 070 Shake on social media in March 2023. At the time, she revealed that the couple had been dating for four months.

Depp also posted about the couple in June 2023, sharing a romantic birthday tribute for her rapper girlfriend, which she kicked off with a mirror selfie that was captioned, "Love of my life.”

The King actress also shared several more photos of herself and the New Jersey native — including one of her holding the musician’s neck and another of the musician holding Depp’s heart-sock-covered feet.

In the last shot of the tribute, the star shared a snapshot of the pair kissing, which she captioned, “Te amo Dani.”

Though the couple celebrates each other on special occasions — and aren’t afraid to pack on the PDA — neither has publicly spoken about their relationship. Depp, however, has revealed why she chooses to keep her romances to herself.

Speaking with ELLE in 2022, the daughter of actor Johnny Depp and French singer Vanessa Paradis said that throughout her career, “people have really wanted to define me by the men in my life, whether that's my family members or my boyfriends, whatever.”

“I'm really ready to be defined for the things that I put out there,” she added at the time.

Depp has also previously opened up about her sexuality. Speaking about her participation in a viral photo series about people who don’t “consider themselves 100% straight," the star told Nylon, “It’s not that big of a deal.”

“A lot of people took it as me coming out, but that’s not what I was trying to do,” she continued in the 2016 interview. “I was literally doing it just to say that you don’t have to label your sexuality ... If you like something one day then you do, and if you like something else the other day, it’s whatever ... because it’s not set in stone. It’s so fluid.”

070 Shake, who was previously romantically linked to Kehlani, has also spoken candidly about the fluidity of her own sexuality. In a July 2018 interview with Pitchfork, the rapper said, “I don’t really identify myself as queer or gay or anything. I just like girls.”
