Lincoln Lawyer star Neve Campbell won't return to main cast for season 3
Neve Campbell has revealed her future in Netflix show The Lincoln Lawyer.
The streaming service has renewed the court drama for a third season, which will be based on The Gods of Guilt, the fifth book in Michael Connelly's Lincoln Lawyer novel series.
The upcoming 10-episode season will see Manuel Garcia-Rulfo return as leading man Mickey Haller alongside Becki Newton as Lorna Crane, Jazz Raycole as Izzy Letts, Angus Sampson as Cisco and Yaya DaCosta as Andrea Freemann.
However, Scream star Neve will not be returning to the show as a regular character in the third season. The actor appears as Maggie McPherson, but due to the character's absence in The Gods of Guilt, fans will not see her in the scheduled upcoming episodes, The Hollywood Reporter says.

Vice President of Scripted Series, Netflix, US and Canada Peter Friedlander expressed his excitement over the return of The Lincoln Lawyer in a statement.

Speaking to Forbes last year, Neve revealed what it was about the drama series that attracted her.
"Well, I like the team, first of all, from Lincoln Lawyer," she said. "It was a really easy, positive experience, so that's always a good start. I like this character – I think she's strong and she's funny, she's determined and she's a fish-out-of-water."
"She's a cop from Los Angeles, who has ended up being sent to Catalina Island. I love that idea of going from one world into another and what that does to a person. So, I like the idea of that for her and the show," she added.
The Lincoln Lawyer seasons one and two are available to stream on Netflix.
