Alexander-Arnold was spotted in training at Kirkby on Friday, having been initially rated as a doubt by outgoing boss Jurgen Klopp to make his comeback from a knee injury.
Robertson and Szoboszlai were also described as "touch and go" by the Liverpool manager but are also on the bench here, the Scottish full-back having been an unused substitute in the midweek Carabao Cup tie at Fulham.
Klopp opts to leave all of the returning trio on the bench to gradually reintroduce them ahead of facing Chelsea on Wednesday and a Premier League title showdown at Arsenal next weekend.
Joe Gomez and Conor Bradley have both impressed as full-backs of late and they start today.
In-form Liverpool also had plenty of competition to consider in midfield, where Curtis Jones and teenager James McConnell start.
Up front, Diogo Jota was on the bench at Fulham and is rotated into the lineup this afternoon.
Klopp has opted for a strong starting lineup for the fourth-round tie to avoid an upset or unwanted replay, with the bench featuring youngsters such as Bobby Clark and Owen Beck as well as experienced captain Virgil van Dijk.
