It's been nearly 20 years since the premiere of Lost, and Josh Holloway and Harold Perrineau aren't going anywhere.

The duo — who played Sawyer and Michael, respectively, on the series — reunited last week, which Perrineau revealed as he shared a photo with his former costar on Instagram — and they were joined by another famous face.

"Last week I was invited to a conversation with a room full of extremely smart, compassionate, and passionate men to discuss abortion rights and reproductive responsibility," Perrineau, 60, wrote in the caption of his post, which he shared on June 4. "I LEARNED A LOT! #educatingmyself Thank you @heidi4herstory and @damonlindelof for opening up your home for this extremely important discussion. And thank you to everyone who participated."

In the photo, Perrineau posed with Holloway, 54, and Douglas Emhoff, the Second Gentleman, at the gathering, which was hosted by Heidi Lindelof and her husband, Lost screenwriter Damon Lindelof.

The second slide of the post featured Holloway again, as he and Perrineau posed with filmmaker Reginald Hudlin.

It's not much of a rarity for fans to see Perrineau and Holloway together, as the former costars often tease Lost fans with their reunions, during which they are typically joined by Daniel Dae Kim, who also starred on the ABC series as Jin-Soo.

The trio most recently shared a photo together in December 2022 — much to fans' delight — as they referenced one of their characters' plot lines from early on in the show, when Michael, Sawyer and Jin attempt to flee the island on a makeshift raft.

"Seasons Greetings from the rafties!" Dae Kim, 55, captioned the photo, which Perrineau and Holloway also posted.

The comments brought together some other former Lost stars, including Emilie de Ravin, who played Claire, and Rebecca Mader, who played Charlotte.

Talking to PEOPLE in 2022, Perrieau said of his dynamic with Holloway and Kim, "The three of us are really the three amigos." He shared that his daughters Aurora, Wynter and Holiday are all "still friends" with his costars' kids, as they all "grew up knowing each other" while the show was airing from 2004 to 2010.

"And they're all in New York, and when my daughter [Aurora] was in New York, doing Prodigal Son, they could catch up once in a while."

Though Perrineau said those three "do catch up more than anybody else," he also stays in touch with several other costars, including Dominic Monaghan, who played Charlie, Naveen Andrews, who played Sayid, and Ian Somerhalder, who played Boone.

He joked of the Vampire Diaries star: "I get drunk off of his booze every now and again."
