Love Island's Claudia Fogarty admits hooking up with ex Casey O’Gorman

Love Island star Claudia Fogarty has admitted that she has hooked up with former co-star Casey O’Gorman.

The duo appeared on the ninth series of the ITVBe show earlier this year, with the pair coupling up before Casey recoupled with Rosie Seabrook.

The pair have remained in contact since their eliminations from the villa, and Claudia revealed on the Nip, Tuck, Not Giving A… podcast that they had hooked up when back in the 'real' world.

"Let me just say this about me and Casey," she said. "Everybody wants their life private with relationships and stuff, but it's different for us two – people are invested and I get that. We have overstepped the friendship mark in the past. I'm not going to deny that because it's pretty obvious to everyone."

Claudia, who left the villa on Day 45 before Casey followed suit six days later, admitted that she doesn’t know how the pair’s relationship will pan out, revealing they don’t want to "ruin" their friendship.

"I think for us two now it's a weird one – we have so much love for each other and we know that. We speak every day," she revealed. "We've got to that close point in our lives and we're really good friends.

"I think we'll always have love for each other, I just don't know if either of us would want to overstep that barrier again, because if we did it would ruin a friendship if something went wrong. We always flirt when we see each other, but I think we're at different points in our lives. I want to settle down and I think Casey is happy just having fun. But never say never," she added.

Love Island airs on ITV2 and streams on ITVX.
