Love Island's Claudia Fogarty confirms new romance

Former Winter Love Island 2023 star Claudia Fogarty has confirmed a new relationship.

In a post on Instagram, Claudia shared a series of images from a date night with her new partner, professional footballer Ollie Crankshaw.

"Finally found my happiness," she captioned the post, which featured pictures of the couple together, as well as a trip out to a bar.

Claudia's new relationship has received the seal of approval from her Love Island co-stars, with ex Casey O'Gorman showing his support with a string of hearts under the post.

"Love it guys!" Tom Clare added, while Jessie Wynter wrote: "Sooo happy for you."

Claudia entered the South African villa as a bombshell during the winter series following the infamous heart-rate challenge. She would later couple up with Casey. However, the pair's relationship ultimately met a rocky end after Casey recoupled with Rosie Seabrook.

Following her exit from the villa, Claudia revealed that she and Casey had kept in touch with each other, with the pair having hooked up in the months following the show.

"We have overstepped the friendship mark in the past. I'm not going to deny that because it's pretty obvious to everyone," she told Nip, Tuck, Not Giving A… podcast in June.

Despite the complicated relationship, Claudia added that the pair have managed to remain good friends.

"I think for us two now it's a weird one – we have so much love for each other and we know that. We speak every day," she said.

"We've got to that close point in our lives and we're really good friends."

Love Island airs on ITV2 and streams on ITVX.
