Love Island's Dani Dyer and Olivia Atwood All Stars return divides viewers

Love Island: All Stars spoilers follow.

Love Island: All Stars fans have been left divided over Dani Dyer and Olivia Attwood-Dack's return to the franchise.

Thursday's episode (February 15) saw the female Islanders informed they would get the chance to speak to loved ones via video chat.

Traditionally, the regular show has brought contestants' family members to the villa as the series draws to a close – but for All Stars, they shook things up.

However, some fans were left baffled by the choice of video calls for some Islanders.

Sophie Piper was the only contestant to speak to a family member, her sister Rochelle Humes. Jess Gale spoke with influencer Demi Sims, while Arabella Chi spoke to a pal and Molly Smith got to see her dog Nelly.

But Georgia Steel and Georgia Harrison's calls were with former Love Island stars Dani and Olivia, leaving some fans to question why they didn't get to speak to a family member.

One fan tweeted: "Sorry but Georgia S picking Dani Dyer to call with is so random like what about ur mum?? dad??"

Another joked: "How can Georgia S' video call from home be Dani Dyer? fs how can her family do her like that?"

However, others were pleased to see Dani and Olivia's cameos, with one viewer remarking that it was "amazing" to see Dani returning and that her friendship with Georgia S had endured since they appeared on the 2018 series.

Meanwhile, during their chat, Georgia S expressed to Dani that she feels ready to start a family with Toby.

Dani told her: "You need to trust him now," before advising her to ask Toby whether being "exclusive" means they're now an official couple.

During Georgia H's call, the Islander was encouraged to pursue her relationship with Anton, with Olivia describing him as "exactly the kind of guy" she needs.

The call also featured a cameo from Olivia's husband, footballer Bradley Dack. He shared his hopes for a reunion between Molly and Callum Jones, despite her recoupling with her ex Toby Aromolaran.

Love Island: All Stars airs at 9pm on ITV2, ITVX and STV.
