Love Island's winter 2020 winners Paige Turley and Finley Tapp have split after three years together.

Paige confirmed the pair's separation during an interview on Love Island spin-off Aftersun on Sunday night (June 11), appearing alongside season six co-star and new mum Shaughna Phillips.

Host Maya Jama asked Paige what happened between her and Finn, to which she replied: "We're still really good friends... I think we drifted apart. We did lockdown together and any and every struggle we could have faced, we were faced with.

"But we're still good friends," Paige clarified again.

Maya asked Paige if she's open to finding a new partner, with Paige confirming: "Oh, no, not for a while".

Co-star Shaughna then jumped in and joked that Paige was "the new bombshell" heading into the villa.

Paige laughed off the comment, but was quick to state that ex-boyfriend Finn would be in "trouble" if he decided to re-enter the latest series as a contestant.

"No I'm not, but if he [Finn] goes back in, though, there there's gonna be trouble, we're not having an Adam Collard bombshell again!" Paige said.

Paige and Finn were the first-ever winners of Love Island's winter edition, which was filmed in South Africa back in 2020. Paige entered the villa on day one and coupled up with islander Ollie Williams, who left the show two days later, declaring his love for someone outside the villa.

Finn arrived on day five and picked Paige for a date. Sparks flew, and the two then chose each other in the following re-coupling. They remained smitten for the rest of the series, taking home the Love Island crown and £50,000 prize.

Paige and Finn moved in with one another in July 2020 and isolated together during the COVID-19 lockdowns.

In December 2020, Finn talked of marriage plans with Paige, and in August of the following year, he got a tattoo in tribute to the reality star.

News of their separation was first speculated in April this year, with The Sun reporting that the pair had moved out of the Manchester home they shared together.

Paige also mentioned during her Love Island: Aftersun appearance that she's currently back in Scotland and has been working on her music, with a new single called 'Lonely Tonight' coming out on Friday (June 16).

Love Island airs on ITV2, and is available via catch-up on ITVX and BritBox.
